Features

Exhibition area includes 5-6 sqm, electrical 220 VAC outlets, wireless Internet access, one table and two chairs.

Insurance

As exhibitor you are responsible for insuring your own equipment that you will bring to the exhibition.

Refreshments

An open bar with non-alcoholic beverages will be available in the exhibition area.

Coffee breaks

All serving during coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area. Standing bar tables will be placed in the middle of the exhibition area for this purpose.

Shipping of booth materials

If needed, your booth materials can be shipped to the venue beforehand. Please note that the venue can start to store your material on Wednesday the 14th of April 2010 from 9 am to 5pm (please do not send materials before this date).
